Welcome to the Connecticut Thunder Football Club's Official team Site.

Established 2002

The Connecticut Thunder is a Semi-Professional Football Club that brings amateur football to the South-Eastern Connecticut Area. Local talented athletes ages 18 and older are recruited from the surrounding area to play for the Connecticut Thunder. The Thunder travels throughout New England to play other club teams in the New England Football League. Upon completion of the NEFL playoffs the Thunder travels throughout the country to compete Nationally.

Please welcome new Head Coach Pablo Ortiz to the Connecticut Thunder. Pablo has been coaching football since 1988, and has 15 years playing experience. He has most recently been the Offensive Coordinator / QB Coach for the Semi-Pro Giants, as well as Hartford Public School QB Coach / Offensive Coordinator.
